We often feel that they are good for the heart because we believe that it is sugar that helps blood vessels to expand and dilate. Yet, sugar in any form can lead to fat gain. In fact, I have just tested a product for that. You know those bottles that give you your vitamins, minerals and enzymes, but also have "food grade" vitamin B12? Well, it is true that vitamin B12 is a food grade food additive. But it is also possible that it may not be a good choice for people with allergies. Also, it is a food additive that is known to promote the growth of yeast. The label is confusing because they don't use a food-grade B12, and it has the words "food grade" on the package.
